Well, I'm not going to beat around the bush here. Moment of Force is a story set in the world of Ophilia. Ophilia is somewhat like earth, circa 1700 AD/CE, however, unlike earth, Ophilias gods are very much real. They exist because people believe in them, and as one can expect, they are usually very militant when it comes to protecting and expanding their follower base. It all worked fine, until the second machine god came into being.

The story follows follows Jas Pillion, revolutionary, atheist and friend of Eirel, wolf goddess. He died in a war of independence some three hundred years ago. When he died, he went to the void, an endless plane of sand where the dead without gods are sent to spend eternity. So when Eirel comes and gives him the opportunity to return to the world of the living and perform an errand for her, he jumps at the chance. But since when were encounters with gods that simple?

Why thank you. I'd rather publish 10-15 pages once or twice a month that a couple of pages every few days. That way I get more of the story out with each update.
